Just took possession of a pre-owned RV and I can't say enough about my experience throughout the process of buying here. I am a first time customer and did my research on the style of RV I wanted. I was leery about buying from a dealer from past experiences at "used vehicle" dealership but saw a post on Facebook (that actually showed the price) and reached out with an offer. Shane was my sales rep and accepted my offer without me even coming in yet. Once I got there it didn't take long for me to be at ease with the decision. Shane walked me through the camper, showed me things that they would fix AT NO COST and once I decided that I was ready to buy, I was even more pleasantly surprised. There was ZERO talk about things like "oh, that's the finance price", nothing about that I needed to get extra warranty or any other extras. I was taken to Carolyn in finance and had the same experience. No surprises. Just a simple "how would you like to pay?". We chatted, she had my fill in my info, take a deposit to hold the RV and I was in and out of there. I paid for delivery of the RV to my campsite, and same thing. Travis was the delivery driver and he setup the camper exactly where I wanted it. Levelled everything and made sure I was happy before he left. Same great level of service with no time wasted. I'm sure I won't need another RV in a long time, but it hasn't stopped me from telling everyone how great this whole thing was, from start to finish. So if you are looking for a new RV, just go here. Save yourself some time, get treated right and leave without regretting anything.

We were so excited to pick up our new trailer. We showed up and they set up everything for us explaining as they went. As we went though they discovered there was an issue with our running lights. their service people came out immediately got us in their shop and fixed us right up. I have to say this was probably the best service I have ever gotten anywhere. It was the best experience and they have the best people. They have made a customer for life. Thanks everyone for getting us going to an exciting year of camping.

All of the staff at Transcona Trailers are second to none, from sales to service and parts my experience has been excellent. Jay, Mitchell and Kenny are amazing, they have always been there to assist me with service parts and accessories, not only that they are super nice guys and I value their advice. I would highly recommend Transcona Trailers if you looking to purchase a sled, ATV or trailer, they will definitely take good care of you.

Today we came to pick up our trailer from Transcona Trailer as we use their site for storage , we are so blessed as the mechanic observed (as my husband had asked to install a mount TV) that the trailer was not level properly and the people where we had bought it had not done a proper fitting for the hook up and had put a wrong hitch ball size and missing important parts to make the stability properly ..They went the extra mile out of their own work to make sure we were safe on our trip. We will let the other company know of their unsafe mistakes!! I truly highly recommend them!! Thank you Transcona Trailer Mechanics!!

Couldn’t ask for better service! Jason in the parts department helped me find an extended drop hitch on short notice, and even swapped over parts from my old hitch for me. I’ll be back for all my trailer supplies.

We went to a lot of rv dealers. Almost every one of them tries to upsell everything. Transcona trailers is the only one that showed us the size and price we wanted. 100% amazing for listening and delivering.

Wow, what a great experience from start to finish! Our salesman Shane Lachman was there for all our questions, available when we needed him and always with a smile on his face. Carolyn Krutkevich was great walking us through the paperwork and making sure we understood everything. The owner himself and his son picked up our old trailer and dropped off our new one. They were so professional and so friendly making sure we were taken care of and all set up properly. Chris from warranty walked us through an issue (that was our fault, not theirs) and gave us advice on how to fix it easily. Daniel who did our personalized walk through video and came out to our site to put in an additional air conditioner for us was so kind and thorough. Thank you to everyone at Transcona Trailer Sales for the excellent sales and service during the purchase of my new motorhome. From the time I arrived until the time I left, I felt very comfortable with the demonstration and the extra service provided. After 5 days of use one issue arose with the main battery and the staff went above and beyond solving the issue before I left for my drive back to Ontario. Thanks so much to everyone involved!
